About This place

Waterfront spacious 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms with tub and shower, 2 gas fireplaces, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and can comfortably sleep 9 people and a toddler. Has a game room with a pool table, air hockey, and a Foosball table. Or go for a refreshing swim in one of Kawartha Lakes’ cleanest or enjoy your favorite water sport. The large deck is perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or BBQing with the gas BBQ. The large yard also has a firepit perfect for extending your evening.

  • There are over 1000 acres of a protected conservation area that you can have access to through the backyard for hiking, exploring nature, and bird watching.
  • There is a boat rental just within walking distance and a convenience store. Where you can explore the lake and fishing spots in the most famous and clean lake.
  • Brechin is the closest town within 15 minutes drive where you can go for grocery shopping, coffee, LCBO, gas station, Pharmacy, and more.

Guests have access to the entire cottage, backyard, front yard, fire pit, deck, and propane BBQ, excluding the shop and the sheds. There are many parking spots available on the gravel but driving or parking on the grass at any time is prohibited.

  • This is a family-oriented cottage and due to the residential nature of the area, reservation requests for parties will be declined. There are strict noise by-laws in place and rigorously enforced.
  • Linens and indoor towels are provided for all guests; please bring your own outdoor towels.
